After playing in the youth team and reserves at Orient, Odubajo was called up to the senior squad to cover for injuries on 17 September 2010. After one match against Notts County as an unused substitute, he went on work experience to St Albans City on 8 October.[2] After two appearances in FA Cup matches against Kingstonian, Odubajo made his league debut against Weston-super-Mare on 16 October.[3]
Having scored three goals in 23 appearances for the Orient youth team during the 2010–11 season, Odubajo was given a one-year professional contract with the club on 29 April 2011.[4] After several appearances on the bench, he made his senior debut on 7 September 2011 as a substitute in the Football League Trophy match against Dagenham & Redbridge. After 90 minutes the score was 1–1, and Odubajo scored a penalty in the resulting shootout, which Orient lost 14–13.[5] He made his league debut as a substitute on 17 September in the 3–1 defeat at home to Oldham Athletic.[6]
